From: Ornithodoros (Pavlovskyella) ticks associated with a Rickettsia sp. in Pakistan
Neighbor-joining (NJ) phylogenetic tree of Ornithodoros spp. based on the partial mitochondrial 12S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) gene. A group formed by 12S rDNA sequences of Argas giganteus, Proknekalia peringueyi and Alveonasus lahorensis was employed as an outgroup.
