RSCU values in apicomplexan protozoa Trxs. Relative synonymous codon usage (RSCU) value was calculated by dividing the amino acids encoded by the same codons and their probability of appearing in the same codons. The color of the color block changes from blue to red, indicating that the RSCU values are increasing, of which an RSCU value > 1 indicates a positive codon bias. The homology of codons are also shown on the right side of the figure
