(B) Distribution of the Taenia solium sequences according to Gene Ontology sub-categorization Molecular Function. Among the Molecular Function Ontology it was possible to attribute the Binding and Catalytic activity function terms to sets of sequences, indicative of a close relationship between host and parasite gene regulation during the process of cyst establishment and the host response to infection.
