Cell surface expression of co-stimulatory molecules in response to SGE. RAW 264.7 cells were stimulated for 1 hr with 5 μg/mL SGE followed by 24 hrs of 100 ng/mL LPS. Cells were then analyzed for co-stimulatory molecule expression by flow cytometry (A & B) or by real-time PCR with varying concentrations of SGE (C).
