ROC analysis of performance of r Cs CB as a serodiagnostic antigen. ROC curve of rCs CB employed as the antigen in ELISA, calculated from OD450 values of sera from parasitologically positive and negative clonorchiasis individuals. The curve was plotted between sensitivity and 1-specificity for different cut-off values of OD450. The curve showed that the optimal cut-off value at OD450 was 0.47 with the area under curve (AUC) was 0.84.
