A Detection of specific IgG antibody against rSjTHRβ-LBD by ELISA. Mice were injected with rSjTHRβ-LBD, 206 adjuvant and PBS, respectively. Figure 7B Detection of specific IgG1 and IgG2a antibodies against rSjTHRβ-LBD. This result was obtained by three replicates with identical protocols. Vertical bars depict the ± SD about the mean. The asterisks (*) indicate significantly increased serum antibody titers compared with that of the 206 control (P < 0.01).
