Parasite sections were reacted with anti-serum produced in mice against recombinant SjCyP18 and was then detected with Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. Preimmune normal serum and anti-TSP2-serum were used as negative and positive controls respectively.
