NCLIV_031320 is an up-regulated protein predicted to interact with 466 proteins; NCLIV_051340, NCLIV_025130 and NCLIV_006060 are down-regulated proteins showing 129 predicted interactions; NCLIV_018290, NCLIV_016700, NCLIV_022690, NCLIV_006470, NCLIV_002780, NCLIV_019600 and NCLIV_004790 are proteins predicted to interact with both up and down regulated proteins.
