Secondary structure elements are distinct with helices shown as ribbons, β-sheets as wide parallel arrows and unclassified regions shown as lines. Derivative sites of homologous intron located at Asp-63 and two conserved introns located at Asp-180 and Gln-262/Met-263 (each amino acid and its number is given for T. spiralis sequence), are marked in yellow with corresponding structural elements shown aside in enlargement.
