  1. Collinearity was calculated as the variance inflation factor. Values higher than 10 are indicative of high collinearity. The names Bio1 to Bio19 are the names defined by the Worldclim dataset, namely annual mean temp., mean diurnal range, isothermality, temp. seasonality, max temp. of warmest month, min. temp. of coldest month, temp. annual range, mean temp. of wettest quarter, mean temp. of driest quarter, mean temp. of warmest quarter, mean temp. of coldest quarter, annual precipitation, precipitation of wettest month, precipitation of driest month, precipitation seasonality, precipitation of wettest quarter, precipitation of driest quarter, precipitation of warmest quarter, precipitation of coldest quarter.
