Proportion of superimposed points (in percent) between expected and observed F IS corresponding to Trypanosoma brucei gambiense[28] compared to the proportion of superimposed points obtained by simulations with K = 99, u = 10−5, m = 0.01, different levels of clonality (Clonal rate) and various proportions of null alleles (Nuls in%) in an island model of migration. T. brucei gambiense DNA was amplified from different fluids: lymph of cervical node (Lymph), blood (Blood) and Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF).
