Phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA sequences (~1500 bp) of all bacteria isolated from An. culicifacies using Maximum Likelihood (ML) based on the Tamura 3-parameter model[33]. The first part of the sequence ID indicates from which life stage the bacteria were isolated, adult (A), newly emerged adult (NEA), or larva (L). The second part of the sequence ID denotes the sampling locality, Anguri (A), Iranshahr (I), or Saraydan (S). The third part of the sequence ID is the GenBank accession number. Only the significant bootstrap values (>50%) from 1000 replicates are shown on the nodes.
