Linear regression of 13 Rhipicephalus microplus U.S. field collections, showing the relationship between the proportion of individuals that carry any two resistance SNPs and the larval packet discriminating dose (DD) survivorship using 0.250% AI permethrin. This regression model was highly consistent with the data presented here from two additional sources, including ticks from Australia [25] and the Corrales laboratory strain from Mexico. Resistance in the Morgan study [25] is based on homozygous C190A domain II genotypes subjected to 0.3% cypermethrin.
