  1. Mosquitoes were collected in all four hamlets of Kirare. Results shown are from the full pre-MDA and post-MDA 6 periods as well as from two months of collection during the peak mosquito seasons in 2012 and 2013. Results from the post-MDA 1–5 periods were given in [16],[18].
