Phylogenetic analysis of 18S rRNA sequences by the Maximum Likelihood method. The evolutionary history was inferred based on the Tam3 (I + G) model. The tree with the highest log likelihood (0.0000) is shown. The percentages of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (1,000 replicates) are shown next to the branches [67]. The tree is drawn to scale, with branch lengths measured as the number of substitutions per site. The analysis involved 49 nucleotide sequences. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA v. 6.0 [51].
