Brain and liver obtained from infected CCR5^−/− mice and C57BL/6 mice (wild-type, WT) at 5 days post-infection were prepared for measurement of their mRNA levels. The mRNA levels in brain (A) and liver (B) were standardized against the β-actin and GAPDH mRNA level values, respectively.
