Neighbour-joining (NJ) phylogram for Diplostomum spp. reconstructed using 51 newly-generated and 28 cox1 sequences retrieved from GenBank. Nodal support from NJ and Bayesian Inference (BI) analyses indicated as NJ/BI. The scale bar indicates the expected number of substitutions per site. The newly-sequenced isolates are coded as in Table 3. Sequence identification is as in GenBank, followed by a letter: B-G, Behrmann-Godel [17]; Ge, Georgieva et al. [6]
