  1. Trichuris eggs incubated with three different concentrations of E. coli (BL-21) in RPMI-1640 with 5 % penicillin-streptomycin and 5 % amphotericin B after 4 and 24 h incubation at 36 °C. The controls are Trichuris eggs incubated without the E. coli; n = 4 per group
