Ten mice and six rabbits were infected with S. japonicum. Sera were collected three weeks post-infection. The anti-SjSP-216 antibody levels of each sample were determined from the ratio of the OD450nm values to the cut-off values (determined from the mean plus three standard deviations from the sera, prior to infection).
