MSA revealed that all of them including AlBCA contain the first (CXDXR; C: cysteine, D: aspartic acid, R: arginine, X: any residue) and second (HXXC; H: histidine, C: cysteine, X: any residue) highly conserved sequences, which have been indicated by two black arrows at the bottom.
