Blockage of Haemonchus contortus L3-triggered NETosis via inhibitors of NADPH oxidase, MPO, NE. NET inhibition assays were performed by pre-incubating PMN with inhibitors of NADPH oxidase (DPI, 10 μM), NE (CMK, 1 mM), MPO (ABAH, 100 μM) prior to H. contortus exposure. NET measurement was performed using PicoGreen-derived fluorescence intensities. For positive controls, zymosan treatment of PMN was used (1 mg/ml). PMN in plain medium served as negative control
