Blockage of Haemonchus contortus L₃-triggered NETosis via inhibitors of NADPH oxidase, MPO, NE. NET inhibition assays were performed by pre-incubating PMN with inhibitors of NADPH oxidase (DPI, 10 μM), NE (CMK, 1 mM), MPO (ABAH, 100 μM) prior to H. contortus exposure.
