Immunoblot analysis demonstrating the effect of gene silencing on the expression of the RmAQP2 protein in salivary glands (SG) of partially fed female ticks. No protein was detected in salivary glands of dsRNA-injected ticks. Two bands at approximately 30 and 50 KDa were detected in salivary glands of the control non-silenced ticks. For the immunoblot assays, hybridoma supernatant 147-677-11 was at a 1:3 dilution. Anti-mouse HRP conjugate was used at a 1:5,000 dilution. Assays were developed using chemiluminescent HRP detection reagents
