Generally, MHCC-97H cells or RBE cells were incubated with 1 μg/ml of yCsCB4 or PBS for 24 h and assays were performed. Assays were performed in triplicate. Relative cell migration level was calculated by normalizing to cell migration level at 0 h. *P < 0.05, ***P < 0.001, compared to PBS control
