mRNA relative expressions of inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the lymphocytes of spleen (a) and MLN (b) were examined by qRT-PCR (*p < 0.05), showing that IFNγ mRNA expression in the lymphocytes of spleen and MLN increased sharply in the group TNBS, and declined after rSjcystatin application. Nevertheless, IL-10, TGF-β, Foxp3 mRNA relative expressions were lifted in the lymphocytes of MLN but not in the lymphocytes of spleen when rSjcystatin was injected after colitis induction
