Short time killing assay. We selected each 3 strain MSSA and MRSA used in growth inhibition test. As a control, the same in the growth inhibition test was prepared. a In MSSA, MS-3 shows high sensitivity and MS-1 and MS-2 show low sensitivity to IP in 1 h. In both cases, IP has dose dependent bactericidal activity. b In MRSA, IP shows strong bactericidal activity in 1 h and dose dependent effect against all 3 strains.
