Effects of deltamethrin on P. falciparum infection in kdr resistant An. gambiae s.s. Prevalence rates under (a) low temperature (<25.3 °C) and (b) high temperature (≥25.3 °C) conditions (control = mosquitoes exposed to untreated nets, low dose = 2.5–5.0 mg/m2 deltamethrin and high dose = 10.0–16.7 mg/m2 deltamethrin). Mosquitoes were exposed to nets after membrane feeding on blood samples obtained from P. falciparum patients (gametocyte donors) at Butemba Health Centre III, Kyankwanzi District, Uganda.
