The relative gene expression of CYP6CP1 along the Y-axis was the ratio of the gene expression in siRNA345-injected (dsRNA of protease m1 zinc metalloprotease) mosquitoes compared with that in NC-injected mosquitoes. The results were shown as the mean ± S.E. Significant differences were indicated by *(P < 0.05)
