  1. Population codes are shown and the number of generations since first sampling, effective population size estimates (Ne) and 95 % confidence intervals (CI), and mean HE as well as the probability value from a bottleneck test. Ne was calculated using two methods; the moments based temporal method of Waples [45] based on Jorde and Ryman [46], and the Linkage Disequilibrium model (LD). Significance of tests for population bottlenecks assumed the two-phase mutation model (TPM) and is displayed as a p-value based on 1-tailed Wilcoxon's test, bold indicates P < 0.05, bold** indicates significance after Benjamini-Hochberg multiple testing correction (P < 0.03889)
