rHco-gal-m affected the monocytes phagocytosis by the interaction with TMEM147. Cell phagocytosis index was calculated considering statistic data of MFI (Median Fluorescence Intensity) values in blank group as 100 %. Results presented here are representative of three independent experiments. Data are presented as the mean ± SD (n = 4); *P < 0.001 versus the ns siRNA group; an asterisk and a capped line designate two groups that differ significantly (P < 0.001)
