Table 8 Predictors for an infection with Ascaris lumbricoides of at least moderate intensity across all 19 extension study sentinel sites in Burundi combined with the intensity data obtained by a mapping survey in 2014 from 14 of those 19 schools. Results shown are from binomial mixed models based on n = 20,879 observations. Age had been mean centred and divided by the estimate of its standard deviation. The pseudo-R 2 values for this model were pseudo-R 2 MF = 0.195; R 2 marg. = 0.078, R 2 cond. = 0.662
