Stability of transporter gene transcription following 3 h pre-exposure of WAL larvae to monepantel. Larvae were exposed to MPL250μg/ml for 3 h, rinsed in water and maintained for 24 h with no drug. Y-axis shows fold-change in gene expression levels in drug-treated vs DMSO-treated larvae. Data shown as mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM), n = 3 separate experiments each with four technical replicates. Significant differences in transcription levels are indicated by * (P < 0.05)
