Hierarchical grouping of 24 piRNA clusters. Normalized expression profiles of 24 piRNA clusters from six developmental stages were grouped. The stages are in columns, and the piRNA clusters are in rows. Red indicates that a piRNA cluster is strongly represented at the stage, whereas green indicates weak representation. piRNA clusters with similar expression patterns group together.
