Biochemical characterization of recombinant B. bovis merozoite antigens. rMSA-2a1, rMSA-2b and rMSA-2c were analyzed by RP-HPLC (a, c and e). A main peak was detected in each case, denoting a high level of purity. The circular dichroism spectrum of each recombinant protein was recorded from 190 to 250 nm using a JASCO-J815 spectropolarimeter (b, d and f). The plots represent the mean residue ellipticity of the recombinant proteins
