Sensitivity and specificity of the indirect ELISA. The bold horizontal line represents the cut-off value (0.581). Statistically significant differences between T. multiceps-positive sera and the other sera samples, including C. tenuicollis-positive sera, E. granulosus-positive sera and healthy goat sera were tested by one-way ANOVA using SPSS version 20.0 (ANOVA: F (3,43) = 147.97, P < 0.0001). No difference was noted among the C. tenuicollis-positive, E. granulosus-positive and healthy goat sera samples
