Gene silencing effects on embryogenesis. The effect on adult female worm embryogenesis after treatment with siRNA1, 2, 1 + 2, scrambled and medium was analyzed. The intrauterine progenies from individual female worms of treated and control groups were examined microscopically and are expressed as the relative proportions of progeny at different stages of development. The data represent the percentage ± standard deviation (SD) of eggs, embryonic stages, pretzels and microfilariae
