Determination of LOD for MBVs detection. a Detection of serially diluted in vitro transcribed RNAs of MBVs. The results show that the absolute LOD of this strategy to detect these MBVs is 102 copies/μl except for WNV (103 copies/μl). b Detection of a strain of JEV that had been accurately quantified by the National Institute for Viral Disease Control and Prevention.
