Binding affinity assays between SjILP and analogues 1, 3, 13, 15 derived from SjLDs, respectively, using the Octet RED system. The binding response between rSjILP and analogues (a) 1, (b) 3, (c) 13, (d)15 at different protein concentrations (μg/ml) was measured in seconds (sec). The parameters of the binding response (nm) and the KD value (M) of the binding affinity between SjILP and peptides at different concentrations are shown. The coefficient of determination (R 2) for all the interactions was close to 1.0, indicating a good curve fit
