Effect of pH and temperature on the catalytic/enzymatic activity of rCpEno. Various pH (5.5–8.5) and temperature (4 °C, 22 °C, 37 °C and 46 °C) were determined to measure enzymatic activities using 20 μg of rCpEno at 240 nm. The maximal enzymatic reactivity of rCpEno occurred at pH 7.0 to 7.5 (a), and minor effects were found at temperatures from 4 °C to 46 °C (b)
