Multiple sequence alignment of the U6 genes of Schistosoma japonicum, S. mansoni and Homo sapiens. The multiple alignment was performed with Mega 7, and the following sequences were aligned: U6 snRNA of S. japonicum, S. mansoni (GenBank L25920) and H. sapiens (GenBank X59362.1); U6 promoter regions of S. japonicum, S. mansoni (GenBank HQ540317), and H. sapiens (GenBank X07425).
