The relationship between the critical infant vaccine coverage required to break transmission for different R 0 values, and the efficacy of a vaccine with an impact on increasing the mortality of the adult worm. The duration of vaccine protection is lifelong (ω = 0). The other vaccine impact parameters are set as v 2 = 0 , v 3 = 0, i.e. no effect on parasite fecundity and establishment. The parasite population parameters are defined in Table 1
