Effect of the 14-3-3 inhibitor on the viability of C6/36 HT cells. C6/36 HT cells were treated with various 14-3-3 inhibitor concentrations ranging from 12.5 μM to 100 μM for different times: at 60 min (a), 120 min (b) and 180 min (c), and cell viability was assessed.
