Lesion-draining submandibular lymph node cells were stimulated with specific antigens from L. amazonensis or L. braziliensis for 24 h (TNF-α) or 72 h (IFN-γ and IL-10). The production of (a) IFN-γ, (b) TNF-α and (c) IL-10 was evaluated by ELISA in culture supernatants.
