Phylogenetic tree resulting from Bayesian analysis (30 million generations) constructed with 55 nad4 haplotype sequences from wild blue sheep in Helan Mountains and 18 haplotypes from the sheep in Farm Seven Team. The likelihood values of the 50% majority consensus tree was lnL = -3431.443. The average standard deviation of split frequencies was 0.004003 and all ESS values > 200. The different coloured branches represent haplotypes from the different sampling locations/hosts. Posterior probabilities were too low and not displayed in the tree
