Nocodazole induces expression of TvCMD1 in a time-dependent manner. a Western blotting revealed the expression of TvCMD1 after nocodazole (10 μM) treatment for 0, 3 and 6 h. The iron-rich cultured cells were synchronized by cold incubation for 3 h prior to nocodazole addition (cold).
