The relative protein levels of βIII-tubulin in C17.2 NSCs were detected by western blotting. C17.2 NSCs were infected with/without Ad-ROP18 at MOI of 70 and then cultured in DMEM: F12 supplemented with 2% N2 for 3 days (a) or 5 days (b). The examinations are repeated three times.
