To monitor the fractionation process, fractions were also analyzed by the presence of Histone 3 (nuclear marker) and HSP70 (cytoplasmic marker). b Confocal microscopy using either anti-LbSCD6 or anti-LbRBP42 antibodies in parasites incubated at 26 °C or 37 °C.
