The tree based on gltA gene sequences was inferred using the Minimum Evolution (ME) method with Tamura 3-parameter (T3P) distanced with gamma distribution (+G, shape parameter = 0.31) and calculated in MEGA7. Bootstrap support test (500 replicates) percentages are shown next to the branches.
