Numbers 1 and 2 indicate the locations of Cases 1–3 (Montignez, Switzerland) and Cases 4–5 (Vallorbe, Switzerland), respectively (see also Table 1). Two cases in domestic cats for which the location within the country was not specified in the publication [30, 31] were allocated to the capital city of the country (indicated as open dots).
