Non-metric multi-dimensional scaling plot (NMDS) of larval bacterial communities based on DGGE profile analysis. The 2D stress of the NMDS was 0.21. Graphs were generated from fourth-root transformed distances obtained using Bray-Curtis dissimilarity index. Data from the “Control”, “Susceptible”, “Intermediate” and “Tolerant” groups are represented in grey, green, blue and orange circles, respectively. Sample names and groups as in Fig. 2.
