Goat PBMCs were sham-treated with control buffer or with serial concentrations of rFg14-3-3e protein and incubated for 72 h at 37 °C at 5% CO2. Proliferation of cells was determined using CCK-8 assay. Results indicate that rFg14-3-3e protein significantly inhibited goat PBMCs proliferation.
