rFg14-3-3e protein inhibited goat PBMCs proliferation. Goat PBMCs were sham-treated with control buffer or with serial concentrations of rFg14-3-3e protein and incubated for 72 h at 37 °C at 5% CO2. Proliferation of cells was determined using CCK-8 assay. Results indicate that rFg14-3-3e protein significantly inhibited goat PBMCs proliferation. Graphs represent means ± standard deviations of data from 3 independent biological replicates. Asterisks indicate significance difference between treated cells and control cells (****P < 0.0001)
